Students from high schools in the Kent Intermediate School District operate the Culinary Cafe. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious selections in a casual, relaxing atmosphere, while providing a valuable learning experience for students of the Hospitality Program. Due to student scheduling, reservations are required.
Savory Sandwiches
Sandwiches are accompanied by your choice of French fries or deep-fried mozzarella sticks.
The Greek Gyro
We bend over backwards to make this pita bread sandwich absolutely stuffed with grilled Greek meats (a tasty blend of lamb and beef), Monterey jack cheese, and sautéed sweet onion. A delicate Greek sauce of sour cream and cucumber will accompany your sandwich.
Our Bountiful Cheeseburger
A giant half-pound burger cooked to order, smothered with two melted cheeses, served on a fresh bakery bun is waiting for your request.
Main Events
Main events are served with a roll basket and tossed salad with your choice of French, Italian, Blue Cheese, Ranch, Thousand Island, or Oil & Vinegar dressing.
Teriyaki Broiled Chicken Breast
Can't you just taste a 6 oz., prime chicken breast subtly marinated in a mild teriyaki sauce and broiled just for you?
Flavor-Rich Prime Rib
Our beef is succulently seasoned and then char-grilled. Try our newest taste sensation with hot au jus on the side.
Salad Selection
The Terrific Taco Salad
Try a fried tortilla shell stuffed with layers of fresh salad greens. Hidden inside you'll find refried beans, Mexican beef, and a rich cheese blend. Of course, picante sauce and sour cream will be served on the side.
Caesar Salad
Our regal salad is made with crisp Romaine greens, accented with egg, Spanish onion, croutons and accompanied by a creamy Parmesan dressing.
A la Carte Accompaniments
Melting Good Mozzarella Sticks
These lightly breaded wedges of mozzarella cheese are deep fried for a crunchy exterior, and we serve them with a tangy cocktail sauce or our homemade hot marinara.
