Students from high schools in the Kent Intermediate School District operate the Bakery, offering mouth-watering breads and desserts at great prices. The baking lab provides a valuable learning experience for students of the Hospitality Program. All work is performed under the supervision of certified instructors. The sales outlet is open Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
