Auto Collision Repair

Program Description - Two-Year Program
Students who are interested in becoming auto collision repair technicians learn entry-level skills that prepare them for state and national certification. Emphasis is placed on the repair of damaged vehicle exteriors.

Benefits for the College Bound
Auto Collision Repair provides beneficial skills to use while financing a college education. Following completion of the KC/TC program, students entering Ferris State University may receive advanced placement and/or college credit toward an associate degree in automotive body. Credit is based on competency testing and instructor recommendation. In addition to the apprenticeship programs, students may also continue their training in a ten-month certificate program in automotive servicing or a two-year associate degree program in automotive technology at Ferris State University.
